Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) Grant

Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)

Registered and operating in Singapore. Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore. Minimum 30% local shareholding with a group annual turnover under S$100 million or employment size under 200 workers.

Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG)
What it Offers
Up to 70% co-funding for energy-efficient equipment. Helps companies in manufacturing, food services, retail, and other sectors offset the cost of buying energy-saving appliances like LED lighting, air conditioners, and chillers.
Eligibility
Registered and operating in Singapore. At least 30% local equity. Must have at least one local employee and operate at a physical commercial premises (such as a factory, shop, or restaurant).

Career Conversion Programme (CCP)
What it Offers
Up to 70% to 90% salary support and training allowances. Helps companies hire mid-career switchers or reskill existing employees for new growth roles within the company.
Eligibility
Registered operating entity in Singapore. Must offer a full-time employment contract paying a market-rate salary. Must provide structured on-the-job training for the employee under the selected industry program.

Mentorship Support Grant (MSG)
What it Offers
Up to 90% funding support for SMEs (70% for non-SMEs) to offset the costs of hiring expert consultants and mentors from institutions like NTUC LearningHub, Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), or polytechnics. It supports 6-month business transformation projects aimed at optimizing processes, redesigning jobs, and training workers.
Eligibility
Legally registered and active corporate entities in Singapore. Must commit to working alongside the assigned mentor to implement customized skills solutions and workforce development plans.

Engage directly with an approved project partner or institution to draft a mentorship scope, then submit the application to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for approval.
SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) – Courses & Schemes
What it Offers
A one-time S$100,000 credit (following the late 2026 redesign under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package) or a remaining S$10,000 credit from the current cycle to offset up to 90% of your out-of-pocket expenses for approved enterprise transformation programs and employee skills courses.
Eligibility
Registered Singapore businesses that maintain at least 3 local employees (Singapore Citizens or PRs) with regular, paid CPF contributions during the designated qualifying window.
How to Apply
No application form is needed for the credit itself; eligible businesses are automatically registered and notified via email. To claim funds against your balance, complete an eligible course or project and submit final verification via the SkillsFuture for Business Portal.
